Which color Honor View 20 should you buy?
The Honor View 20 is one heck of a smartphone. It has a beautiful display, great cameras, and costs quite a bit less than competing flagships. Above all that, though, it has one of the most unique designs of a phone we've seen in 2019. The View 20 is available in four different colorways, and to help you decide which one to get, here's a quick breakdown of them all.
More than meets the eye
The Honor View 20 in Midnight Black is a lot less boisterous than the other color variants on this list, but it's more than just a slab of black glass. Every version of the View 20 has a chevron pattern on its back that changes in appearance based on how surrounding light reflects off of it, and with Midnight Black, those chevrons are showcased in a gorgeous rainbow pattern.
Chevrons for days
Moving on to Phantom Blue, this version of the View 20 is the one where those chevrons really stick out the most. The bright blue color is something you really can't miss, and compared to the sea of basic black, white, and gray handsets that seem to flood the market these days, Phantom Blue will ensure that your phone stands out from the crowd.
Blue beauty
Sapphire Blue is another great color and one we've seen on other devices like the Honor 8X. This is a much deeper blue compared to Phantom Blue, and while the chevrons aren't quite as prevalent, they're still impossible to miss. Similar to Midnight Black, the pattern will sometimes appear in a rainbow hue depending on how the light hits it.
The bold choice
Last but certainly not least, we've got Phantom Red. You won't find this sold in big markets like the UK or India, so depending on where you live, it might be tricky to actually get your hands on this model. If you can, however, it's money well spent. Phantom Red is bold, loud, and makes a statement the second you take the View 20 out of your pocket. The chevron pattern is intense, the color is beautiful, and it really is a work of art.
With four great colors to choose from, how in the world can you decide on just one to get? That's a tough choice that you'll need to figure out for yourself, but if it was me, I think I'd probably go for Midnight Black. Don't get me wrong, all of the other colors here are stunning, but I love how Midnight Black looks so unassuming at first glance and then smacks you right in the face with those rainbow chevrons. It's just so damn cool and unlike anything else on the market right now.
