Virgin Mobile has some updates on its current monthly plans for its no-contract smartphones, such as the Samsung Galaxy S5, including a new $20 plan that offers 300 minutes and unlimited text if the phone only connects to Wi-Fi sources to get its data.
Customers who choose to pay $35 a month can now choose from either an unlimited talk or text with 250MB of high- speed 3G/4G data per month or 300 minutes of talk and unlimited text with 2.5 GB of high speed data. The $45 a month plan now offers unlimited talk and text, 1 GB of high speed data and 100 minutes of international calls plus unlimited international texts.
Finally, the $55 a month plan offers users unlimited talk and text, 3 GB of high speed data and 100 minutes of international calls plus unlimited international texts. Virgin Mobile added:
For just $5 more a month, customers can add-on Virgin Mobile International which includes Unlimited calls to Mexico and Canada (excludes northern territories), as well as Unlimited worldwide text messaging. For just $10 more a month, customers can get all the benefits of International + which include 1,000 minutes to call mobile devices in Mexico, Unlimited calling to over 70 countries and discounted calling rates to over 200 countries.
