November 11 is Singles Day, a Chinese holiday where young people celebrate their pride in being single and unattached. As an ace, this is a holiday I can get behind, but whether you're single, married, or it's complicated, the only thing you really need to know is that it brings huge deals from global online retailers.
There are a lot of deals out there to scour, but GearBest's phone deals were hard to miss, as they may be the best discounts we've seen so far this year.
GearBest has a number of phones, tablets, drones, robot vacuums and other technological oddities on flash sales today, including the OnePlus 6 at $390! The OnePlus 6T launched last week, but the OnePlus 6 is still a pretty darn good phone that was selling for over $500 less than 3 weeks ago.
The version GearBest is selling is the Mirror Black 6GB RAM/ 64 GB ROM International version, and while this 'flash sale' has less than 10 hours left on it, there's less than 400 still available. I foresee them being snapped up before dawn, so don't sleep on it.
GearBest also has the Poco F1 down to $310 for the 6 GB RAM, 128 GB ROM model. This phone is a pretty incredible value, and the only problems we found with it in our full review were a lack of water resistance, an average camera, and no NFC. This is an unlocked worldwide model, and while there aren't very many of the Graphite Black color left, the Slate Blue and Red versions still have plenty in stock.
When we pitted the OnePlus 6 and Poco F1 against each other, the F1 came out on top, but these are both great deals if you're looking for an early Christmas present for a loved one — or for yourself! Singles Day is about celebrating pride in yourself, and you deserve a reward, don't you?
