The Razer Nari RGB wireless gaming headset has dropped to a low price of $85
The Razer Nari wireless 7.1 virtual surround sound RGB gaming headset is down to $84.99 on Amazon. Considering it has been selling for around $150 since mid-December, that's a huge drop in price. The headset actually goes for somewhere between $120 and $130 most often. Today's drop to $85 is just $5 above Black Friday's deal price, and that was the lowest we had ever seen.
The Nari uses THX Audio for full immersion and spatial sound. It simulates 360-degree surround sound so you can get positional information like where the enemy is or what's coming up behind you. The sound is produced from 50mm drivers that deliver some high-quality audio. You'll also be able to adjust the volume directly on the headset with audio controls built into a volume wheel and a mic mute button.
The wireless connectivity includes a 16-hour battery life. It charges via a microUSB cable once the battery runs low. You can also just go wired with a 3.5mm connection to avoid draining the battery.
The included mic is also noise-cancelling, so it will reduce the sound of your game in the background while you're trying to talk to your friends. The mic flips outward and can be extended as necessary. You can simply collapse it when you're not using it so it doesn't get in your way.
The design includes an auto-adjusting headband and swiveling earcups so the headset can mesh to the contours of your head and provide the best possible fit. The earcups also have gel-infused cushions for supreme comfort.
Like a lot of Razer gear, this headset has Razer Chroma. That's customizable lighting you can program through Razer's software. You can choose from a full spectrum of colors. If you have other Razer gear with Chroma like the recently discounted Razer Viper wireless mouse, you can sync them together for an awesome effect.
