Two years after introducing its first wireless earphones, OnePlus is now set to launch its first-ever true wireless earbuds. Called OnePlus Buds, the earbuds will be announced alongside the OnePlus Nord smartphone at the "world's first AR launch event" on July 21. Ahead of the big event, OnePlus has released a new teaser for the OnePlus Buds, which hints at a sub-$100 price tag.
As per the teaser posted on OnePlus' official Instagram page, the OnePlus Buds could be priced at $99.99. OnePlus' true wireless earbuds will not just undercut rivals like the Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Apple AirPods by around $35, it will have the upper hand over most of the competition in terms of battery life as well. As confirmed by OnePlus recently, the OnePlus Buds will provide up to 30 hours of listening time. The earbuds will support Warp Charge as well, allowing users to get 10 hours of battery life from just 10 minutes of charging.

A number of renders showing the OnePlus Buds have also surfaced online, thanks to the OnePlus Buds APK file that is included in the latest OxygenOS update for the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro phones. The renders show off the upcoming earbuds in three colors: Black, Blue, and White.
