One of Brother's best monochrome laser printers is back down to a low price of $100
The Brother HL-L2395DW copy and scan monochrome compact laser printer has dropped to $99.99 on Amazon. You can also find this deal at Office Depot. Amazon is probably price-matching Office Depot, so when it disappears in one place it'll vanish in the other. Grab it before it's gone. The printer normally sells for around $170, and today's drop matches a low we haven't seen since Black Friday.
Because Brother printers are monochrome, they eliminate a lot of the issues you normally associate with printers. You won't go through toner quite as fast since you can store a whole lot of black ink. And you don't have to sit around reading a book and learning calculus while waiting for the printer to finish. It is super fast and can print up to 36 pages per minute. The carrying tray also has a 250-sheet capacity so you won't have to worry about replacing the paper for a while. The tray can handle both letter and legal sized paper.
You can also use wireless connections beyond Wi-Fi, including AirPrint and Google Cloud Print, to print from your computer, smartphone, tablet, and more. You can even use NFC and the printer's "Touch to connect" feature to print from your mobile devices without connecting directly to it.
In addition to printing, it comes with a glass flatbed scanner that can be used for copying and scanning quickly. It even has the ability to can scan straight to the Cloud with services like Dropbox and Google Drive. Print from those sources, too, if you use them for documents. It has a 2.7-inch color touchscreen, and users give it 4.3 stars out of 5 based on more than 2,700 reviews.
The toner will last you quite a long time, but you can always stock up on a little extra if you want. The Brother toner cartridges on Amazon are not overly expensive and will survive as much as you can print.
