One of the many new PlayStation 5 games revealed during Sony's recent showcase was Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales. One of two games revealed by Insomniac Games, the other being Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart.
Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales opened the show with a bang, giving players a glimpse of another Spider-Man in action. Miles doesn't have all the gadgets that Peter Parker has but he makes up for it with the unique abilities of going invisible and using venom blasts. You can take a look at some fantastic screenshots of the game below.
While there was initially some confusion about whether or not this was an expansion or a standalone game, Insomniac has clarified that this new adventure is its own game, though almost certainly of a smaller scale.
Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales is one of the few games from the PS5 showcase to have a release window: it's launching sometime in Holiday 2020 and as far as we know, is exclusive to PS5. As the PS5 is also launching in Holiday 2020, this is either being planned as a launch title or will be available shortly after the console is released.
