Motorola announces the Moto X Play with a huge battery, set to arrive in August
Alongside the Moto X Style and Moto G, Motorola today announced the Moto X Play. It's a larger Moto X that's more affordable than competitor handsets, and sports a sizeable power plant.
We're looking at a 5.5-inch 1080p display, snapdragon 615 octa-core, 2GB of RAM, LTE, 21-megapixel camera and 5-megapixel front-facing camera, as well as the massive 3,630mAh battery. Like the Moto X Style, the X Play will also be configurable through the Moto Maker.
The Moto X Play will be available in August. Unfortunately, those who reside in the US won't be able to purchase the X Play, which is set to launch in Europe, Latin America and Canada.
