While using Facebook Messenger, users will be able to find new apps to use with the service by tapping the three dots in the composer. You'll see a list of apps, either that you have already installed or that you can install, to give you more options in your messages. For instance, you might use GIPHY to send a GIF to your friend.

In addition to the Messenger Platform, Facebook also introduced Businesses on Messenger. This feature allows customers to communicate with businesses using Facebook Messenger. It will allow you to, for instance, get view your receipt in Messenger, and even track and change your orders:
