Lollipop soak test now rolling out for 2014 Moto X Pure Edition and new Moto G
Remember the soak test Motorola's release notes referenced last week? It is now rolling out to the 2014 Moto X Pure Edition. The 2014 Moto G is also joining in on the action, and users of the device can expect to see the update in the following days.
News of the soak test was revealed earlier this month, but now we have confirmation from David Schuster, Senior Director of Software Product Management at Motorola. The software update will bring Lollipop to both devices, which includes the Material Design interface, ability to prioritize notifications, changes to the quick settings bar, multitasking menu and much more.
