LG's latest phone will get two full days of battery life
After announcing a series of new X-branded devices earlier this week, LG Canada has announced that the X power, a mid-range handset with an enormous 4,100mAh battery, is now available in Canada.
The rest of the spec sheet is decidedly middle rung: a 5.3-inch 720p display, 1.3Ghz quad-core MediaTek processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, and that aforementioned 4,100mAh battery, which supports Qualcomm's Quick Charge 2.0 standard.
Not exactly the spec powerhouse of the G5, but this one is cheap: it's available for free on a 2-year contract from many of its carrier partners, which include:
- Bell
- Koodo
- SaskTel
- Telus
- Videotron
- Virgin Mobile
- WIND Mobile
The LG X power costs between $250 and $300 outright, and will be rolling out to carriers in the coming days.
