January security updates rolling out to owners of the unlocked HTC One A9 in the U.S.
We have some good news for owners of the unlocked HTC One A9. According to a latest tweet from VP, Product Management at HTC Mo Versi, the handset will shortly receive the January update in the U.S. This release has been fired OTA (Over-The-Air) today and should hit unlocked handsets soon enough.
Since we're talking about unlocked versions of the HTC One M9, that unfortunately leaves those rocking carrier-branded variants (or who are located in Europe) to hold out until respective updates are pushed through channels.
