Inter sit in third in Serie A, 15 points ahead of their Coppa Italia competition tonight, though Antonio Conte's side faces an uphill battle in order to book a place in the final and must score this evening to avoid being eliminated. Losing the first leg could force the team to push high, leaving them vulnerable to Napoli counter attacks.
The Nerazzurri form had also been poor before the season break with just four wins in their last nine games in all competitions. The long layoff from training and competitive games will also have taken its toll on both sides, so it's difficult to predict the outcome of this game.
