Hear as much or as little you want with the Microsoft Surface headphones on sale for $200
The Microsoft Surface Bluetooth noise-cancelling over-ear headphones is down to $199.99 at Best Buy. The headphones also dropped in price at Microsoft so you can get them there. Other retailers like Walmart still regularly sell them for around $250 or more.
We reviewed these headphones and gave them 4.5 stars out of 5 a year ago. The review said, "Comfort, design, auto-pause and gesture controls are all marvelous with the Surface Headphones... The Surface Headphones are great for listening to music on PC, taking a call on an iPhone, and then going right back to work."
The Surface Headphones deliver clear, omnisonic audio for all your favorite movies and media. They are lightweight, beathable, and comfortable. You can even use them to access Microsoft's Cortana and use voice controls to stream music, set up reminders, and more. You can also do stuff like adjust the volume, skip tracks, or mute your mic. If you take the headphones off they are designed to automatically pause whatever you're listening to.
The active noise cancellation technology is adjustable. Use the on-ear dial to tune it up or down depending on just how much of the outside world you need to hear. It's a great way to bury yourself in your music but then make yourself available for a conversation without removing the headphones altogether.
The battery lasts for up to 15 hours on a full charge when connected via Bluetooth. If you turn off Cortana you can eek out another three hours of life. There's also a fast charge function that can give you another hour of streaming with just a five-minute charge.
With the Surface Audio App, you'll be able to connect the headphones directly to your PC right out of the box. Just enable Swift Pair for a hassle-free setup. These can also work easily with your mobile device, whether it's an iPhone or Android phone.
