The Pixel 2 is equipped with a 1080p 441ppi AMOLED display, unlimited Cloud storage, and 4GB of RAM, along with a 12.2MP f/1.8 rear camera, 8MP front camera, and the ability to record 1080p video at 120fps. This is an Android phone through-and-through, and it's even capable of bringing up the Google Assistant when you squeeze it. You'll get free unlimited storage for your photos and videos, too, thanks to Google. Get HDR+ integrated into your favorite apps like Instagram or Snapchat, and use the image stabilization to keep your videos looking good.
Our initial review of the Pixel 2 gives a much more thorough explanation of its features, benefits, and downsides, so be sure to read that over if you're looking for more information. In our followup from a year later, Joe Maring said "if you want to save a couple hundred bucks and don't need to have the very latest and greatest, the Pixel 2 is still a damn good phone one year later." It's also worth noting the Pixel 2 had a guarantee of three years of updates, so it will still be getting support through at least 2020.
