T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 4 receives its first OTA update on launch day
The Galaxy Note 4 is today shipping to those who pre-ordered through T-Mobile – though some eager beavers received their units early – and already we're seeing signs of an OTA update being fired out for customers with the US carrier. What's new in this update? We're not entirely sure, though this could be the battery update released by Samsung prior to launch.
According to the update notification, "a software update can include, but is not limited to" device stability improvements, bug fixes, new and/or enhanced features and further improvements to performance. So, it notes everything we'd expect in any update received from the carrier, but no actual changelog. No help there. All we know is the package size is 65.67 MB and could also include some added fixes for the US market.
