Yes. While Sony is almost certainly working on a newer version of the PSVR headset, it didn't launch alongside the PS5. As such, the company has confirmed that the current PSVR headset will be compatible with the PS5.

Your PSVR games will also be compatible with PS5, as Sony has confirmed that the PS5 is backward compatible with the PS4. PS4 games include PSVR titles, so your collection will carry over.
The PS5 comes with a new controller, called the DualSense. While it's similar to the DualShock 4, there are a few differences (beyond the stark design change). For example, the light bar is smaller. Therefore, we don't know yet if the DualSense will be compatible with PSVR games. Sony has confirmed, however, that you'll be able to use the DualShock 4 on your PS5 with PS4 games, including PSVR titles.

PlayStation has confirmed that your PSVR accessories, such as the Move and Aim controllers, will be compatible with PS5. The PlayStation Camera will also work on PS5 but will require an adapter. This adapter will be free for PSVR owners to request. There's also a new PlayStation Camera being developed as part of the PS5 accessories lineup.
The PS5 is currently available worldwide but is extremely difficult to find in stock right now, so if you see one available to purchase, grab it immediately.
